Firewood Fellas Pickup Policy

At Firewood Fellas, we prioritize the efficient management of our inventory and the satisfaction of our customers. To ensure a smooth transaction process, we have established a clear pickup policy for all orders placed through our service.

All orders must be picked up within 7 days from the date the order was placed. This timeframe is crucial for maintaining the quality and Dryness of our premium kiln-dried wood products. Our commitment to providing high-quality goods necessitates that we manage our stock effectively, and timely pickups are an integral part of this process.

In the event that an order is not picked up within the specified 7-day period, the customer will incur a restocking fee of 28% of the total order value. This fee is implemented to cover the costs associated with the management and handling of the unclaimed products. The remaining balance, after the deduction of the restocking fee, will be refunded back to the customer.
